  It's easier to watch someone do it rather than explain it. That being said, search You Tube for an instructional video on Bugaboos...there are quite a few that helped us figure ours out

  They have instruction videos on YouTube as well as the Bugaboo website. I have the new Bugaboo Cameleon 2012 model but not sure if it is the same as the older model.

  Yes, it is really easy once you learn how to do it.  Google for a youtube video, and I think there is also a demo on the Bugaboo website. Is it a Frog or Cameleon?  They are both similar...we have the Cameleon and love it! Nice of your friend to give it to you
