Join Stroller Me Skinny for a total body workout with your stroller and baby. Stroller Me Skinny is taught by a Strollercize Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and mom Karli.

The 45-minute Stroller Workout focuses on strengthening the areas of the body that need the most work after pregnancy (abs, thighs, butt, and arms).  Be prepared to get your heart rate up as we skip, jog, plie, lunge, run up stairs, push up, plank, and meet other moms, all without leaving your baby behind.
