The most basic and most natural is plain water. But you can certainty make all kinds of fancy combinations. Some water based and some tea based, EOs, witch hazel...the combos are endless. I just mixed warm water (only to help the soap dissolve better) and a squirt of dr. Bronner's almond scent castille soap and about 5 drops of grapeseed extract oil (we had two bad episodes of yeast early on and I swear by GSE). HTH!
I mix water with lavendar oil and Dr. Bronner's in a spray bottle. We started out with plain water but I've found that the oil/soap mixture works a lot better for us.
We use either plain water or a VERY small amount of the Lusa organics wipe wash solution, like less than a teaspoon to a small plastic container of water. We don't make it, but it is really easy.
