So mad at myself!!!

So at night I nurse LO and then rock her until she's asleep and then put her down. It works beautifully. Well tonight I flipping fell asleep in my rocker for 2 HOURS! And now she won't let me put her down. I'm so upset because I have to up for work in 4 hours and it doesn't look like I'm going to get to sleep at all. I went to work on Friday on 2 hours of sleep after a similar situation and it didn't go over so well. 

 My baby used to sleep 7 hours through the night- what happened to that?

    Ok. So now that I actually have slept a little I can see that I might have been a teensy bit over-emotional. It's really not as bad as it seemed in the wee hours! But boy- I do hate falling asleep in my chair. I'd rather sleep in my bed!

    We went to a friends' house at 6:45 and didn't get home until 11. She fell asleep there (normally goes to bed at 8) but woke up and didn't want to go back to sleep. I had to sleep with her on the sofa all night. It was not a good night's sleep but any stretch but I did sleep. I understand. I would have much rather have been in my bed rather that only half asleep with a baby on the sofa.
