Even if you have a thin lining, an embryo can still implant in your uterus. There is no blood lining in your fallopian tubes but an embryo is still able to sometimes attach and grow in there... same for your ovaries... embryos can attach to those and again, there's no blood lining on them either. So I think that as long as you have even a little bit of blood during your period, you're good on the uterine lining.
But regardless, there's not a whole lot of medical evidence that supports the theory that POM increases your lining.
Apparently I need more coffee....I read this as "Olympians on Pom Juice", and was thinking there was some interesting article linked. I am such a dummy.

I seriously laughed out loud at this.
I always read pom juice as porn juice. My eyes aren't too good...
When I supplement my food intake with a new food/nutrient I try to eat/drink it every other to every third day. Pom is delicious in Kefir (like yogurt, but drinkable) and I've heard dairy helps with conception, too. GL!

Re: Opinions on pom juice?
Luck as in conceiving?
I drank lots of it during 1st few months TTC but I didn't conceive.
Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
2 IUIs = BFN.
1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)
14dp5dt-June 27 -BFP, beta 2061. 2nd beta >5000, 3rd beta >5000, 2 sacs 06/30.
Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).
Useless and unnecessary.
