It's a .....

Girl!!! We went last Thursday to do an elective ultrasound since she would not open her legs for the doctor's office. We went and almost right a way I saw that she was a she. She looks great and her belly is measuring about a week and a half ahead, which I guess is fine.

We met the grandparents for dinner on Saturday (his dad and stepmom live about 2 hours away so we wanted them to be there) then we went to his mom's house where his sisters and grandparents came over. Each grandparent got a yellow bag with an outfit in it and they opened it up at the same time to find out that it is a little girl.

I was totally shocked because right after I took the pregnancy test the first thing that popped into my head was boy and that is what the Chinese calendar said and my old wives tales have said too. We are happy that we are going to have a healthy baby girl in October!
