Daddys First Fathers day gift.

I have the most wonderful fiancee and father of my baby to be. I would like to get him something for fathers day even though the baby is no where near born yet. I would like to get him something so he sees how glad I am that he's the father and that I think he will make a great dad. What is something you all would recommend I get him for his first fathers day, that stays inside a very small (like $10-20) budget?
