Dont Forget Tuesday 1 hour Workout Check in

Dont forget to get some sort of exercise in for our Tuesday 1 hour work out check in. (that is a mouth full)

 Every Tuesday I will post a weekly check in.

Current Weight, Goal Weight, Date for goal, 1 hour Exercise accomplished.

 Each week we will try to add more time based on everyones ability.

Together we can help to motivate each other to get healthy bodies back.

  • Yesterday I did 30 minutes of yoga and went for a 35 min run/walk. Exercise thi week will be keeping up with my 4 yr old who is on summer vacation for 3 months!
