Back to Tummy

Last night was a rough night and entertaining as well... LO learned to go from his back to his tummy at 3am. He has been getting closer and closer that last couple days and he decides to do it at 3.....ugh.  When he is on his tummy, he hates it... his arms are down at his sides and he lays there with his head up crying.... Looks really cute on the monitor though, LOL. What do you do at night? Do you let him CIO so he learns to flip over or do you go in his room each time and flip him back over? It was like a game last night... he did it 4 times! I am tired to say the least.

    I go and flip them.  Practice with LO during the day, so nights are easier.

    I feel your pain...we have been going through this for about 4 nights.  He is starting to sleep on his stomach some but then screams when he wants to change positions and can't.  When we flip him he generally goes right back to rolling again.  This goes on all night!!!

    We saw the pedi this morning and he said its just a phase and do what you can to get through it.  He said there will also be a point where he stands up in the crib and can't figure out how to sit back down.  I'm tired too!!!

    Our LO started doing this 3 nights ago also. It's exhausting!
