Anyone tried this? I have a lot of friends that recommend it. I stink over 100 oz of water a day anyway...will it really make that much of a difference?

Yeah and it made my head feel like it was going to explode. I am very sensitive to Fenugreek as well. I have had luck with oatmeal and warm baths though.

I am about to drink my second cup... I hope I don't get a headache! I have been doing oatmeal...and oatmeal cookies...and granola..

I am not entirely sold on it but my anemic supply has been inching up somewhat. I do take funugreek as well though, and my milk came in super late due to some other issues so I may just be catching up now with or without the help of herbals.

I am just trying to boost my supply, willing to try anything. I am exclusively pumping, and pump about 3 ounces per session, and the first morning session, I get about 5 ounces. and the second one, I get about 4 , the rest of the times 3 ounces.

I drank it around 3 weeks pp because my milk supply is low. I ended up stopping because it fully engorged my breasts and I had a lot of trouble pumping to relieve it. It took A LOT of massage and warm compresses to finally work it all out. So it worked, but use with caution!

This sounds like me exactly, only I've never been able to get more than 4oz... So frustrating.

I drank it the first few weeks. I tried to drink at least 3 cups a day but usually it was only one or two. My supply did increase but I can't really say if it was the tea or the time that passed with frequent nursing. I knew there was a difference from weighed feedings with my LC.

I'm EPing and started on fenugreek early on. After a couple of weeks I stopped because my supply kept going up... Now I'm pumping between 35-40 oz a day. So I don't know about the tea but the fenugreek worked for me! Or at least it didn't hurt. :P

Im confused why is it frustrating that is very normal for this early on for eping? If bfing your lo wouldn't want more than that so that's what you produce. As time goes in you'll make more. FYI I never was able to pump more that 6 oz at a time but I bf ds until he was a year old with no problems.

My lo drinks about 4oz per feeding and at first I was really upset that I had to supplement using any formula at all... Since then I've come to terms with it. Also, after meting with two different lactation consultants, we've decided that EP is what is working best. My lo is a "lazy eater" (I mean, we tried everything to keep her from "falling asleep on the boob"), was tongue tied, we both had thrush, and my c section delayed my milk. So she was not properly feeding from me during the first few weeks. If it wasn't for round the clock pumping, know my milk supply wouldnt be anywhere near what it is. And for some reason when i pump every two, i produce less than pumping every three hours... I just wish I could have figured this all out sooner.

I've been reading on how to "up" ones supply. Ive been trying to nurse LO butt that happens maybe once a day if that, I usually stick to pumping and adding formula. I have been eating Oatmeal for breakfast but Do not know if that has helped or not. I am making my first cup of Mother Milk Tea now. I'll give my review in a few hours.
