In the past few days my ankles and feet have become swollen and sometimes tingle. I have been walking and today I spent a lot of the day resting. Anyone else? Any suggestions to reduce the swelling?
Hi... I know it sounds weird because you are retaining fluid in your extremities but you need to keep drinking a lot of water. It will also help to elevate your feet above the level of your heart. It will help the body circulate that extra fluid out from the extremities and in to your kidneys to be expelled.

Honestly, I was having sever pitting (could leave a dent in my foot or ankle for a full minute by pressing my finger into my skin). I put myself on bed rest. I slept through the night from 4am to 1pm. Then I woke up, got me some food and water. I then went back and laid down until 11 o'clock that night. Got up and ate dinner. And then went back to bed around 4am. The swelling in my feet and ankles practically disappeared, and I pitting was almost non existent. I know it isn't ideal, but it worked for me. Now sadly, if I go walking or I sit in my office chair they start to hurt and flare up again, at which point I take about 15 to 20 minutes and I go lay down.

Ugh, my feet and ankles are all sorts of swollen. Drink lots of water and prop your feet up when you can! Otherwise wear shoes that are as "freeing" as possible and kick 'em off whenever possible.
I have been taking a lot of Chinese herbs, one of which is like a natural aspirin and helps reduce swelling. I ran out of it for a few days and I ballooned up like crazy-- then started taking it again and it went away within 24 hours.
My prenatal yoga teacher also recommends feet up the wall (making your body into an L with your feet up).
Hope this helps and you find some relief!

Just have to ask...does it have the anticoagulant properties of aspirin? I'm sure you researched it before you took it but if it has anticoagulant properties don't take it, especially this close to delivery.

I experienced this type of swelling a few days after delivery (didn't swell at all during pregnancy). I drank a lot of water with lemon juice added to it and kept my feet up as much as possible. I didn't bother with the elevated above heart part but that was just me. I hope you get some relief soon.

Mine have gotten very bad this last week. I had surgery on my one foot a few years ago, and that area in particular swells horribly now. The doc said that's normal since I had trauma to the area. I just put my feet up whenever possible. At this point, my mobility is o limited anyway that I'm past caring. I never had any swelling with my first pregnancy. This sucks.
