How far over are you and how are you coping? I'm five days over and my midwife is willing to let me go almost 2 and a half weeks over, but I'm ready now. So ready... Currently, I'm nursing a cold and sitting on the couch all day watching episodes of Eureka because I was advised to not try to encourage labor while so sick, just so I won't give my baby my cold

Tomorrow I am going back to walking and bouncing on the ball and hopefully he'll come soon!

I'm 4 days past DD and NOT handling it well anymore. I've been going back and forth all day about trying castor oil. My OB will only let me go a week past DD...I go to the dr tomorrow, and we'll discuss induction I just want to go into labor on my own!!

I'm due today but not seeing any signs of LO coming anytime soon. I go to the dr tomorrow and we'll see what she says. I don't think I can go another week!

I'm two days over and going stir crazy. I'm so done with being pregnant. I go to the dr. Wednesday for an u/s and NST, so I guess we'll see what she says after that. There's been no mention of inducing yet. Even worse, I just saw a friend who is only 37 weeks with her first, 3cm dialated and 80% effaced! I'm only 1.5cm and 50%.

5 days late here. My induction is set to start Tuesday at 4pm, with an overnight dose of cervadil. I've been sitting at 50% effaced with no dilation for almost 3 weeks. Just 44 hours to go.

I'm due today and soooo over it. My next appointment is on Friday and I doubt my MWs will be in a hurry to recommend induction if all is still going well. I'm praying LO will be out by then!! I'm so tired of waiting - probably my own fault for expecting my 3rd to come early - and all I want to do is mope around the house. My housecleaning is done, laundry is done, bag is packed, LOs stuff is ready and waiting, my freezer is full of meals. We're READY, LO!!

But mainly, I'm tired of people calling/texting/asking about it. I've been ignoring my phone, but then of course if I don't respond people assume I'm in labor. I can't win. I don't even want to take DS to preschool tomorrow because I'm sick of all the comments from the teachers and parents, all of whom no doubt expected me to have the baby this weekend...

6 days overdue here.... I have a doc appt tomorrow and I'm hoping we schedule my induction for some point this week. The longest they will let me go is 42 weeks. I'm cooked!

I am 3 days overdue and over it as well. I am going back to the dr on Tuesday for a NST, and I have my induction scheduled for Thursday. I can't wait for Thursday! Good Luck Ladies we can do this!

Not quite overdue... but will be soon. I'm actually also trying to hold labor off. I have a very sick toddler in the house and my midwife had to go away to take care of her ailing mother. So, while I'd love to be done with work and pregnancy, I'm now hoping I can hold out until Wednesday night.

I'm 8 days past DD with an induction scheduled for Tuesday night (when they'll start with the cervadil or Miso or whatever). I'm very physicallt uncomfortable now and both anxious and worried about the induction process but 42 weeks is right around the corner so... I need to make my peace with the whole thing!

One day overdue here with induction scheduled for next Saturday....really hoping she comes before then though. These non-timetable painful contractions are getting the best of me.

I think I have been a pretty big mouth about being past due. Going on Day 9 here and it SUCKS. Tomorrow is my second round of NST. I am getting induced Wednesday. Mostly I am just really worried about the induction being unsuccessful and being forced into a c-section. Trying to keep my chin(s) up! We can do it ladies!

I am just now 40w 1d and anxious...but having contractions tonight so I'm hoping the end is in sight.

Due yesterday and actually feeling pretty good. Sorry guys! Definitely want the baby here though, my best friend is in town only until Thursday and it would be nice for her to be able to meet LO. They won't let me go over 41 weeks though, which scares me; I reeeeally fear an unsuccessful induction and c-section. But I also fear an overdue baby. Last Monday I was only 1 cm, 50% effaced but cervix was soft and baby was down to -1 station so, that's something I guess.

Fingers crossed for you. This happened, except it was with my husband he had the flu, when I was pregnant with DD on top of that we got two blizzards in a week (the second was on my due date). Needless to say I was the happiest 8 day overdue woman in the world LOL.
