Has she used any of them? I think it depends on whether it was sold by amaon or just fulfilled by amazon (think all of the ones I've bought were fulfilled by amazon). I they're just fulfilled by amazon I think she needs to contact the manufacturer. FWIW I have one of the bad batches and haven't gotten any false positives, so it can still vary within the batch.

I would recommend contacting Amazon. I contacted Wondfo and here's what I received in reply. FWIW, I have also received a tracking number for my five replacements so I guess I got what I wanted in the end (although they haven't arrived yet) but it was a confusing exchange:

This is not bad batch and someone may not understand the test results very well. You have used the most of the tests and look like no problem until you found some talking on line.
Please see the attachment for your reference and send the picture to me if you have some question for your test result.
But we will still send some new lot of hCG strip to you. Could you test the new lot with lot 111150-3 that you have on hand? And let us know what the difference they are.
