I left my H two years ago.

Two years ago was the day that changed everything.

I still can't believe it happened to me.

Honestly though it was in a way the best thing that could have happened and the timing was perfect. Otherwise I may not have my DD or she may not have been safe from him.

I know most of you know the story, I just feel the need to share in order to remind people it can happen to anyone and we should always be alert AND most importantly that it is NOT the end of the world. You can get past it and come out a better person.

    on the bright side, you have a great way of writing. Have you considered submitting that story, the way you wrote it on your blog, to magazines for publication?
