Did I screw this cycle up?

Started fresh cycle this month after a failed FET in April.  Been having issues with E2 levels being too high this cycle.  Pre-stim RE increased my Lupron dosage to bring E2 down and it worked.  Started stims Monday.  Had RE appt yesterday.  Was only able to see 4 eggs for my left ovaries and couldn't find my right ovaries so not sure how many more I have (if any).  On top of that, my E2 level yesterday was elevated again so with both those factors, RE increased my stims dosages. Of course today of all days I not only didn't increase the stim dosage, I forget to take it all together. I'm wondering if I just screwed this cycle up for myself.   :(  

Side note: for my protocol I take Menopour in AM and Bravelle in PM.  When I got the green light to start stims, since it was already in the afternoon when they called me they told me to start with the Bravelle that night and start Menopour the next morning because I can only take so much of the Menopour in a 24 hour period. 

2nd ectopic resulted in loss of tube. HSG revealed remaining tube is "severely torqued".
IVF #1: ER 03/29/10; ET 04/01/10: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 (9dp3dt)- 45; Beta #2 (11dp3dt)- 91= BFP
FET#1: ET 04/18/12: transferred 4 embies; Beta #1: >2 = BFN
IVF #2: ER 06/20/12; ET 6/25/12: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 on 7/5/12= BFN
8/16: hysteroscopy for polyp removal
11/11: hysteroscopy #2 for yet another polyp removal
FET#2: ET 12/15/12: transferred 3 embies; Beta #1 (9dp5dt): 12/24/12: 426; Beta #2 (11dp5dt): 845= BFP
u/s 1/9= triplets!; miscarried all three on 1/10/13...

    If I am understanding you correctly (please correct me if I'm wrong), you only missed the AM Menopur?   I think you should be fine taking it with your Bravelle tonight. How much of an increase did they give you?  How many days of stims are you on right now?

    Since you are to space your Menopur out over a 24 hr period, can you do 75iu of Bravelle in the morning and then continue the Menopur with your evening Bravelle, minus the 75 units if Bravlle you moved the AM.  Just a thought.  Of course I wouldn't hestitate to call your RE on the weekend.

    Hopefully that hidden ovary has a nice number of follies to go with your rising E2.  Good luck!

    Yes, I only missed the AM Menopour.  I am on day 6 of stims.  I had already gone down to 3 Menopour and 2 Bravelle from 4 and 3.  But then RE bumped me back up to 4 Menopour and 3 Bravelle again.  He returned my call and told me to just go ahead and the Menopour ASAP and continue with normal schedule as of tomorrow.  Phew!  I will definitely set a reminder on my phone from here on out.  It was much easier my first IVF because I was able to mix my Bravelle and Repronex, but for some reason RE this time has separated my Menopour and Bravelle.  Thanks for the support!
