I love coffee.

Actually all forms of caffeine. I always loved coffee and tea but boy, I just don't know how I could possibly still be alive without it now!! I think the next time someone asks for gift ideas for the friend having twins, I'm going to suggest a $10,000 gift card to Starbucks. That should cover them for the first month or so, don't you think?

when people see me now, they always comment on how amazing it is that I am not a complete sleep-deprived zombie..... I tell them the only thing keeping me going at this point is the coffee IV Wink

  • Ooooh, an IV! Can I have one?

Haha, you are definitely in the thick of it and I don't care how much coffee you've got in your system- if you can manage to not be a complete sleep-deprived zombie then you are awesome. :)

  • I've always thought the big pharma companies should develop a caffeine type patch. Like a nicotine patch, but this one instead delivers a constant stream of caffeine to your system.

Even at 10 weeks pg, I am sitting here here sipping my one and only coffee for the day. It's like heaven in a cup. I cut out everything else so I could have this.

  • I consider the fact that I work for Starbucks, and therefore get free coffee, to be all part of the grand scheme of my life. I've been given as close to an IV drip of coffee as anyone can ask for.

  • I could have written this post myself. I love me my coffee in the morning and have a seriously hard time getting started without it. My husband is amazed that I actually drink it now as I worked night shift (6p -6:30a) for 7+ years and survived grad school never having had a cup, but twins.....now I'm addicted ;)
