Either in a footie pajamas or in a onsie. We swaddle him in a Aden + Anais muslin blanket. I wouldn't be too paranoid my LO cries when he's uncomfortable.
Usually, a onesie or footed sleeper and a swaddle. 68-72 degrees is perfect for baby--most people keep their houses too warm. You have to be careful not to overheat your baby!

She's in a sleeper with a swaddleme. If it's particularly warm at night (we keep our house pretty cold though), I put her in a onesie with a swaddleme. We love the swaddleme so much I bought the larger sized one so she could use it for a few more weeks/months.
We live in New England and so far days have been in the 70s. At night she sleeps in a long onesie with a swaddle blanket and a knit (somewhat warm) cotton blanket over it. During the day we just cover her in a swaddle blanket or a thin cotton one.

Waiting on our second little peanut!
We have him in a onesie and a swaddleme.
We keep our home at about 70deg and yesterday (and today) have been really hot. We just had him in his diaper and a swaddle last night.
I always feel his ears and forehead before I go to sleep, just to make sure that he doesn't feel too hot.
