How do I add a pic to my siggy?

I'm on my profile settings at avatar & signature but am really not sure how to add a pic. It gives me the option for adding for my avatar but that's not what i'm looking for. Or is it? When I look in my signature area, all that's there is my ticker stuff & it won't let me paste a pic.

TIA for any help you can give!

    I just copied and pasted the HTML for the pics right above the HTML for my ticker.

    I'm trying to copy & paste the picture, it's just not letting me paste...and call me stupid, but how do I find the html for the pic? Sorry, truly clueless here.
