Fri: I had to get this post started early because I am out of the office in 5 minutes to volunteer all day. I get off at 4 from that and I am going to stop by the store real quick for milk before getting Ky. Ann and I have a date tonight...no idea what we are doing.

Sat: Cleaning, grocery, laundry...the usual. There is a local green tomatoe festival that my mom and I are going to go to in the evening.

Sun: Picnic? Park? Pool? No idea yet!

Its birthday party mayhem this weekend in the CTbride house.

Today DW and I are taking half days to go have lunch w/ Sprout at school then party prep.

Tomorrow morning I'll be taking the girls to dance class then meeting up with DW, Sprout and a bunch of family for Sprout's tball game. Hopefully I'll get the girls to nap a bit while DW and Sprout are off to a classmate's birthday party and then we will all meet up at the bowling ally for Sprout's family party.

Sunday is Sprout's kid party at a bounce place. 25 five and six year olds. heaven help me.

Tonight I need to work - writing an article for an LGBT mag that I am really excited to be doing. We made a dinner with tons of leftovers last night so we don't have to cook tonight.

Saturday - I have a speaking gig in the morning then we are doing some house projects. Hopefully we will prep the bathroom for some carpentry a friend is doing and make a giant vat of stock.

Sunday - My BFF is coming into town to catch up, make food for our freezer (and hers), make baby food, and go for a walk. I am so excited for our day together.

Good friends are coming into town for Work Weekend!

I ordered an interior door--but it got delayed. I am trying to find a new (custom sized) interior door today.

Tomorrow- & Sunday-hopefully hang door, take out a cabinet, drywall, do a few other projects, pick up a playset, assemble playset, prepare house for painting next weekend.

Oh, and catch up with our dear friends.

We're also having a work weekend.

Tonight - I think we'll try to get the kitchen unpacked. Having a working kitchen will be glorious.

Tomorrow - I volunteer in the morning, and I think C will either work or start prepping to paint our walk in closet/dressing room. We'll paint the room and move some stuff around, then maybe start on the office?

Sunday - More unpacking. Hopefully our landlord's husband will install our closet organizer. We'll also fit in some much needed H&C alone time too, maybe brunch if the kitchen is unpacked.

Fri: Maybe a movie evening with the kids before I take A to visit her Dad for the weekend. Put the rest of the kids to bed when I get home and workout. Shower and bed.

Sat: We are taking J's mom to Palm Springs to see the Marilyn Monroe statue, it's cool (we saw it when we were there the other day) but it's not something I would drive out there to see without having another reason to be in PS too. Hopefully we can find some time for ourselves too, I need to spend some time with my wife, we have a pretty major disconnect.

Sun: No plans, it's just the kids and I.

Tonight we're going to find some cute patio tables for our BBQ next weekend then flop on the couch with some wine and relax in front of the TV.

Sat: Hopefully buy some much needed summer clothes for myself and then we're going to meet up with another couple and go see Snow White & The Huntsman

Sun: Bikram yoga at noon, and I'll most likely play some World of Warcraft...and now I've officially come out as a geek haha

Tonight -dinner with MIL. Tomorrow we are watching our friends two babies all day. 5u5. That should be interesting. Hockey game after they leave. We had better win or my wife will be most unpleasant to live with. Sunday -not sure yet.

Tonight: picking up MIL at the airport (here for 12 days... GULP) and heading to L.owe.s to buy blinds for the sun room (where she'll be staying).

Tomorrow: surprise party for SIL, who's turning 50. Just found out yesterday her sons were not successful (to put it nicely) in inviting her friends to said party, even though we've been planning it for months and they said they had it under control. Hmmm, ok. BIL and his SO are coming, as are MIL (obviously) and SIL's four sons. She thinks it's our housewarming party. BIL and his SO are staying over on Saturday, so dinner with the family.

Sunday: not sure... Hopefully chilling and unpacking some more (we still have a craptastic number of boxes to unpack in the house.

Oh, yeah - hopefully hearing at some point whether our KD is game or not, and if we hear in time, possibly inseminating this weekend? *sigh*

Tonight: E and I may do pizza/movie night at home, we haven't done that in a while.

Tomorrow: My mortgage broker is hosting a movie event as a thank you to his customers, so we are going to see Mada.gascar 3. E is really excited to see it and the previews look pretty funny for parents too! After that...no set plans. This weekend is our city's celebration weekend so there are games, rides, fair food, etc. at the city park, so maybe we'll go for a bit.

Sunday: E has a birthday party to attend in the afternoon for one of her school friends. After that, our new neighborhood has culdesac BBQs periodically, this will be our first one to attend.

Fri: Packing up us n kiddos to head to cali for a week ... UGG M dad back in rehab and they wanna do a family counseling session - but no one is 100% sure when it is ( ack ) and I figured we should stay till fathers day to celebrate with out dads and my Kinder BFF is having a 1st b day party for her son

Sat : drive to LA

Sat Night M used to do drag and toured all around the country and her troup is thinking about a reunion .
