best diaper rash cream?

    I know aquaphor works really well. We have the maximum strength desitin and it took a few days to kick a nasty diaper rash. I'm sure some will tell you about all-natural brands that also work well. California Baby is supposed to work very well too.

    Can I suggest that whatever you go with, apply some as soon as you notice the area getting even the slightest bit red. It's been working for us.

    Baby butz. It is awesome, I am from Canada though so you'd gave to go online to see if they have it in your area. It is 100% chemical free.

    we've tried almost everything and the best thing has been Triple Paste.  It cleared DD right up in a few hours!  I think its kind of hard to find though, we got it at our local commissary but I have heard you can get it at target.  If not there I would try online (and maybe get some coupons) or walgreens, cvs might have it.

    We like Boudreaux's Butt Paste but we've never had diaper rash either.

    Does this mean that you ladies are putting it on even though there is no rash? When do you decide to use it?

     We've never had a rash and we've never used any paste. Should I be doing some preventative measures?

    we had bad diaper rash a few weeks ago. Used two different creams, desitin and Burt's bees, neither really helped. Then one night I decided to try aquaphor and it looked so much better the next morning. I kept using it and it cleared up really quickly. I'll never use anything else now.

    We use Desitin Regular and even Target brand Desitin. We have had 1 diaper rash before we started using this, now we use at every diaper change and have had no problems since.

    We use Triple Paste everyday.  It is great!!!  When DD has any signs of a rash we use Critic-Aid.  It was recommended by our dr and we had to order it online (Amazon).  IT IS AMAZING!!!!!  DD had a horrible rash with sores and nothing seemed to help.  WE used Critic-Aid and the next day it was almost gone.  Love It!

    Maximum-Strength Desitin is the only thing that's worked for us so far. LO got a nasty rash after we increased solids to 2x daily, and I have to keep him coated in Desitin 24/7 to keep it under control.

    we use rash cream on most diaper changers A&D has a prevent cream and also a treat cream; however, i perfer the maximum strength destiden (im not sure on spelling) for a bad rash. Once out girl started teething she began getting them more often.

    We've used everything under the sun it seems!  What has worked really well is Dr. Smith's.  I don't think it's well-known.

    We only have had one diaper rash (not horrible really) and this cleared it up pronto.  Hubs (peds nurse) also says this is what the hospitals use on kiddos when they are having serious trouble or regular blowouts.  Plus, it isn't super expensive!

    I love the one from honest.com Its the company that Jessica Alba started  it used to be by membership only but now they have an online store. Its a healing balm. I keep my membership just to get that in my monthly shipment!
