XP: Strengthening stomach muscles?

((hope I used XP right, 23.6wks on the bump and you'd think I knew what it meant lol))

 Seems like 2nd tri has had an invasion of newbies and therefore many of them cant relate....so I'm asking you wise 3rd tri ladies...

How to strengthen stomach muscles?

I got a pregnany yoga video, do you think this will help? My muscles are seriously so stretched that it sometimes hurts to move myself around the couch. They feel sore almost all the time and I feel stretched. Ideas??
