I got a pregnany yoga video, do you think this will help? My muscles are seriously so stretched that it sometimes hurts to move myself around the couch. They feel sore almost all the time and I feel stretched. Ideas??

You just have to be careful when doing ab exercises, your stomach muscles pull apart when pregnant and if you do ab exercises wrong it will make it so your stomach muscles never come back together (a lot of times that where that little "pouch" comes from that never goes away). A good rule is to keep your belly button sucked in towards your spine.
