She cried and cried... and finally at 1 a.m. she slept. She slept from 1 a.m. to 6:27 a.m. on the dot. I went in around 5 to see if she was breathing (I couldn't believe what had happened). Is this normal? Or a complete fluke? It was so nice to have 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I never thought I would say that I used to sleep for 8-9 hours at a time. Haha... that's funny.

Waiting on our second little peanut!
After DD was cleared by the pedi at 2 weeks, we stopped waking her in the middle of the night to feed. She slept 6 hours that first night and now goes between 5-7 hours overnight. Be grateful to have a good sleeper - I am!!!
4/25/12 ~ Our angel, Persephone James, is here!
If I could even get 3 hours of sleep at one time I would feel like a new woman. DD sleeps 2/ 2.5 hours at a time and that is it.
This morning she woke at 4 and would not go back to sleep. I have to get up at 6 to get my other kiddos up for school. Of course she went back to sleep at 7am. Unfortunately, by the time the kids got walked to school, etc....her nap is over and mama gets no relief...:/
