Geez, thanks grandmas on DH's and my side of the family. Yes, I realize I don't have ANY bump, and yes, I know I'm still underweight from being sick, and yes I know "when you was almost 23 weeks pregnant you were huge", but we're all different. I'm 6 f'ing feet tall and you were only 5'1 at your tallest. PLEASE STOP implying something is wrong with my baby.

And no matter how much f'ing food you put on my plate, I'm only going to eat as much as I can - I refuse to gorge myself for "the good of the baby".

Oh no!! What a horrible question to ask!

I am as far along as you and I am not that big either. I am 5'7 so I can imagine if I was 6 feet I would still hardly be showing at all.

It is hard to talk back to grandmas though! I think they know it too and that is why they say such stupid stuff

I love comments from the non-pregnant.

I was told I haven't gained enough weight by DH's family. I like how they can tell by just looking at me.

And if you are 6' tall you for sure might show differently than a short person. Stupid people!

I am 5' nothin and I show quickly. Please ask my MIL who states well you are not in the fat stage anymore. But you really need to watch your weight gain. I didnt gain nor did my daughter until the 7th month. Thank you as you are both almost 6 feet. I sit here anorexic for 6 years and love hearing you tell me I am fat. Yes, I have gained weight. A total of 3 lbs which I lost yesterday due to the vomiting. So, I hope you are happy. You loving Daughter In Law

Don't you love "helpful" people??? I get the, really you are 33 weeks pregnant thing all the time. I'm sorry if I don't look very big to you, but I am long-torsoed and that hides the baby well. My doctor is not concerned about my weight gain and the baby is healthy. This pregnancy I have gained more and show more than my first one, and my first DD was 7 lbs 3 oz. And healthy and loud.

I haven't gotten any comments that are that bad. But I'm 5'10" and people couldn't tell I was pg until about 2.5 weeks ago. Strangers were shocked when I told them as were people who dont' see me often. Now no one thinks I'm as far along as I am. I think people just like to say sh*t no matter how much you do/don't show.

That's an awful question. Are we ever "sure" everything's ok. Like you need more people worrying. I love my MIL's comment when I walked in the night before Thanksgiving (mind you I see her once a week). "Wow you've gotten fat." To which DH responded, "mom that's not nice at all." She now says she just said I was getting "big" but we both heard her.

Ugh - some people don't get it! ?Plus I worry about the baby enough!! I am not really showing at all yet, but am 5'9" and was overweight to begin with. ?I am waiting for the upcoming weeks where I am actually showing baby! lol

When I was pregnant the first time, I always got the "really, you're only x weeks pregnant?! Are you sure it's not twins?!" ?Which really made me happy to hear, obviously. Geez. I wish people would just stay out of your business. Although I have to say I wish people would say I looked smaller than I should be. I'm 5' 7", but have a really short torso so I always show early and stick WAY out during the last few months, because the baby has no where else to go! GL with Gma, and hope she shuts up at Christmas.
