What are the foods you feed LO that require no or very little effort to prepare?
Mine are diced peaches in fruit juice, frozen veggie burgers, packets of oatmeal (the plain kind with nothing added) and of course any frozen veggies I can toss in whatever food he's eating.

I try and grill chicken on Sunday night and then I use that chicken throughout the week. I also cook a batch of black beans and then supplement with cheese and fruit.
I still haven't found 'good' yogurt in easy to serve packages.
I always wonder why no one has figured out to make yogurt in the pouches like applesauce and baby food yet!
I'm jealous of you all, my LO refuses to eat veggies that were frozen
My go tos are cheese, toast, yogurt
Lots of what's been mentioned above, plus edamame.
I haven't thought to try cherry tomatoes! I'll see what he thinks of those at lunch time.
I make blueberry pancakes from scratch once a month and freeze them. He gets one in the toaster every morning with coconut oil on top. Blackberries he gets at every meal and for snacks (he's nuts for them). Beans and veggie burgers are big in this house too.
Has anyone found a way to make eggs that LO likes? I've tried just about everything with him and he still refuses to eat them. Maybe it's a texture thing?
My LO throws all eggs on the floor, even if I cover them in cheese (his fav):( Can you share your pancake recipe?

My LO gags on eggs of any type...scrambled, hard-boiled, etc. to the point of throwing up. He eats eggs in anything though-including french toast.
I make cheese scrambled eggs and she eats those...
both of my kids love this. Since I'm just going to cut it into pieces for the baby, I just cut a couple random holes in the bread.
ETA--oops forgot the recipe!

Toasted Egg Smiles - Yummy and Fun Toddler Egg Breakfast!
Prepare a Frying Pan with either pats of butter or non-stick spray.
1 Slice of Bread, 1 Egg, 1/4 c Milk, Small slice of cheese
Take the bread slice and cut out 2 circles for eyes and a longer curved hole for a mouth below the "eyes".
Butter one side of bread and lay in warmed frying pan, butter side down.
As bread begins to fry, Scramble egg and milk together (OR you may simply crack a whole egg over the bread in the pan without adding milk or scrambling).
Pour scrambled egg over the bread. Flip bread/egg when the egg showing thru the "eyes" and "mouth" becomes firm.
Fry for another 5-10 minutes depending on your cook top temperature.
Prior to taking out of pan, place a strip of cheese over the "eyes" and let melt to give your toasted egg smile some "hair"
