You can still feel a little movement, but with real contractions the baby is working too, so you probably won't feel much. Usually if the baby is in the right position and the contractions are honest to goodness working contractions, the only thing the baby will really be moving are his or her feet as they push against your contractions. As you get ready to go into labor, most babies slow their movements because they really have a job to do!
