s/o what are they saying now...

How are you planning to handle the inevitable:  your precious little toddler drops the 'F' bomb?  A big fear of mine is this going to happen...I mean it is a given that it will happen, but what extremely inappropriate and embarassing time will this actually happen?  And the really bad part is I know exactly where she will pick this up.  While I've been trying in recent years to curb my cursing...things just...slip...

  • my friend told me that if you accidentally let a bad word slip then you should say some rhyming words.  They will usually repeat the last word.

  • and I thought that b*tthole was bad...

  • I can tell you from experience that it is very had to keep a straight face and not crack up.  Not that my kid has ever said inappropriate things.  Nope never.
  • This is my concern right now! Everyone says the F bomb like it is "the, it, and" in my hubby's family. I have asked to try and curb the word while Bay is around. It usually works for a day or 2 then they are back at it again. I know it will happen and I think I will cross that bridge when I get there. I am just praying that she doesnt fire it off at my born again christian mom's house. Indifferent
