I'm hoping we have some laundry stain wizards out there.
My LO eats only breastmilk (from a bottle), she has blowouts at least 3 times a week. I cannot get the stains off her cloths. We have tried All and Purex (both free and clear types), I have pretreated and scrubbed and it just doesn't seem to be working. Most of the time the stains are dry by the time I get to wash them, since daycare just puts them in a bag and it mostly happens in the morning.
Anything working for you? DH and I both have sensitive skin and normally use the regular Purex.
Re: Holy Poop Stains
If you have a toploading washing machine, put a cup of oxyclean free and clear in it along with the detergent, fill the tub and leave the lid open with the clothes inside. Let them soak for 4-5 hours. Also, spray Dreft cleaner on them. It works for me every time.
Also, if your LO is blowing out of the diapers each time, you might consider a bigger diaper and/or a different brand. You can also ask daycare to change them more often if you need to.
I also agree on the sun... it will also get the stains out.

I'm not a laundry wizard by any means, but I would try Oxyclean as well. And also, what size diaper is she in? Could she be having so many blowouts because her diaper is too small? That might save you from a lot of the problems!
THISSSS!!!!
I put 1tbsp of oxy clean and 3ish c of warm water in a bowl then let the outfit soak for an hour. Its fast and easy and works every time. Alyssa also poos at the sitters and they put it in the bag. My sitter rinses the clothes out. Maybe you could ask them to do that if they aren't?
It happens. It can be hard to check when there are 7 other babies who are needing something. Also hard as I'm sure they are still learning your DD. It can sometimes take a couple months for the provider and the baby to get into a good rhythm just from there being so many other babies. I loved my years as an infant care giver but it was always tough, that first month with a new baby.
Hopefully everything straightens out soon. My DD doesn't often smell when she poops. Gas, yes. Poop, not so much. So if they aren't hearing her go and aren't smelling it, that may be part of it.
And hydrogen peroxide is one of the main ingredients in Oxyclean. So if you can't get to the store tonight, try the peroxide and dish detergent thing first. It even gets poop stains out that ended up going through the dryer. At least for me it does.

Yeah, the only thing that has worked for us is hanging them out in the sun.... And buying clothes in colors that will hide the stains lol. I can NOT believe how badly baby poop stains stuff!! We have white sheets on our bed and they'll never be the same............
You don't need special detergent or oxiclean. Just the sun. It does help to hang the items in the sun while wet.
OXYCLEAN! ThankGod!
We were having the same issues with our breastfed son. Eventhough the diapers fit, poop would still go up his back. Trying a different brand of diapers this weekend.
