STM and so far I have snissed a couple of times, but nothing terrible. Im so afraid that its going to be bad one of these times, and I have a cold! I didnt have any issues last time. I mentioned something about it to my mom and apparently she never even leaked during any of her FOUR pregnancies... I love her and she is the best mom, but I hate talking to her about stuff like this because she seems so perfect! She was always in her regular clothes a month after delivery, never got stretch marks, and she still looks like she is in her 30's. I'm hoping some of that got into my genes...
I hear ya. It sucks, I'm considering investing in depends or something! I don't sniss myself much or anything, but DD keeps doing a tap dance on my bladder, and it just...well...comes out!
I've only had it happen a couple times but I hate it!
The worst was when I was in the kitchen baking brownies a couple weeks ago. Something was wrong with the oven and FRIED them in 5 minutes. It was basically a black brick. So I made up another batch, put those in and started washing dishes. Sneezed and yep, ran down my leg. I just turned off the oven, got in the shower, sat down and cried. It had been an awful day combined haha FI came in and felt so bad for me
Then last night I was watching tv, I'm house/dog sitting, and snissed on their recliner
Oh the joys...

I can't wait until this school year is over because I'm constantly nervous of peeing in front of my students. My LO already kicked me in the butt while my students were silently testing the other day and I farted a little. I was mortified but I don't think they noticed.
I totally peed the other day while I was having a conversation with my husband. It was humiliating. I didnt feel it at all and I wet all over myself and the floor. He looked at me and said "are you peeing on yourself??" and all I could do was laugh and cry at the same time. This crap sucks! Glad I am not the only one!

...okay, ladies, I hear you. This has happened to me this pregnancy (and it was no fun), never happened with my first. But, as a physical therapist I have to join in and encourage you all to do those Kegel exercises! You want to do 3 sets of 10 repetitions per day (but not all at once). When you do the kegel you want to feel a squeeze and a lift sensation. Hold it for a count of 3-5 seconds and then release for 5 seconds (real seconds, no cheating with quick counting). These aren't giant muscles, they need some rest time between repetitions or the contractions won't be as good. If you have trouble engaging them in standing or sitting (no butt clenching or breath holding allowed) try them lying down, it should be easier.
And, try to do a kegel if you feel a sneeze or cough coming on and that should help a bit. It helps the muscles learn to contract before the sneeze/cough and it should happen less.
Oh I'll join! Add to my constant fear whenever I have to sneeze... yesterday I had a mild case of the "flu" or possibly an allergic reaction to some medication, whatever the case was, I was throwing up all.day.long and peed myself pretty much every time That never happens when I'm not pregnant!

I am with you! I am SO nervous to fly on Saturday because of the fear of peeing my pants. It has already happend twice, and I couldn't control it. I am packing extra clothes, but I think I may just wear an adult diaper to save me from humiliation! Oh, the joys of pregnancy!
Re: Can I go just 1 day without peeing my pants?
Thank God this has not happened to me.
Yet.
