Hey Ladies,
I feel super huge today and I am trying not to break down crying at work. I really hate how my body is looking lately and it is starting to affect my emotions. I use to workout but I blew my knee out a year ago, had surgery six months ago, and still doing physical therapy (the pregnancy then subsequent mc pushed recovery further back). Do you have any secrets for a quick loss? Any yummy healthy recipes? Or any kick a** workouts you can share with me? Any weight loss trick would be appreciated. I would like to lose the weight but I want to do it the healthy way. I am hoping your suggestions help me keep my eye on the prize and not get to down on myself today! Thank you.
Re: Weight Loss Tricks (NTTCALR)
If you're looking for something quick to "jump start" your weight loss, you could try the flat belly diet....there is a 4 day anti bloat meal plan that it starts out with. I did that and dropped a bit of weight...maybe 2 pounds? Otherwise, I stick to running and the Biggest Loser DVD series - Last Chance Workout is a great one. I really enjoy that.

It soooooo hard to lose weight! I'm in the same boat. I downloaded No More Trouble Zones by Jillian Michaels and I L-O-V-E it. it's a whole body circuit workout and I sweat like crazy. I try to do it every other day. I've only lost a couple of lbs, but someone today asked me if I'm losing weight, so I think I look slimmer. I try to do some sort of activity every day, somedays longer than others.
I'm just trying to make good eating choices and eat 1200 calories a day. It's important to eat enough, I find for me, I have to eat or else my body just hangs on to eveything. I'm only 5'2, so 1200 seems to be a good number for me. I even turned down a FREE cupacke at lunch today!
Also, looking at fitness boards on pinterest is great "thinsperation"!
GL!
D&C: 03/08/12 Waited for AF for 146 long days!
Hysteroscopy/D&C on July 10th to fix blocked cervix (DX: Cervical Stenosis)

Do you eat three meals a day or do you do smaller meals or does it matter for you?
Thank you! I just signed up for it and playing around. Very helpful.
Oh thank you! I will check with my physical therapist about this. Just worried about my leg being strong enough. Its takes about a year to get the strength back and saying I'm behing I may not be cleared to do this yet. I was looking into water exercises too!
