I am 21 weeks today and for the past two weeks, I need to eat something every two hours. It not like I need a snack, its like I could eat a full course meal!! LOL! I do my best to make sure I have lots of healthy stuff in the house to satisfy this hunger, but its crazy! I don't remember ever reading about this during the second trimester.
Going for my Anatomy Ultrasound tomorrow, then hubby and I are going to register. I highly recommend Baby Bargains, it was such a great help.
Sorry for the all over the place post, I am 1) ready to have my snack again and 2) been studying all day for the Nursing Boards so I am a little punch drunk! LOL
thanks for listening!
Re: Okay who else is starving?!?!?
Glad I am not alone! I have just about ran out of my fruits and veggies so its time for a grocery store run. I do have chocolate chip cookies though... hmmmm and a nice cold glass of milk...
Ugh yes... starving constantly!!
And good luck on the NCLEX!

Thanks Test date is July 3rd! I start work at the VA on June 18 so I am focusing on what I need to go over content-wise over the next two weeks. Being pregnant is helpful with the OB review.
Okay back to the books!
I'm joining your ladies camp! Some days I'm starving and others I have to force the three meals!
Oh My gosh! Me too!! I am like some of the other moms here, starving constantly one day and the next I have to force myself to eat or feel content on smaller (or my non-pg portions). I feel like my snacking has gotten out of control! No cravings really, but if its "crap" food and it is in the house I will eat it and eat it all. It's so gross. But I try to be super conscious about what I am eating, sometimes it doesn't work out. But I have found that if I wait until I am a little hungry, it turns into a lot hungry and fast. So I try to set myself up to eat healthily every 2(ish) hours so I don't cave and go hog wild.
It also helps if you really try to eat the appropriate amount of fruits and veggies each day. I find that the more I think about how many f&v I am supposed to be eating I gravitate towards them. I feel like for my health and the babies health I "have" to eat them so I tend to pick them up first. 2-4 for fruits & 5-8 for veggies.
