My little girl Elaina Maribel arrived on Sunday June 3rd at 5:19 pm. My water broke spontaneously but I needed pitocin because things slowed way down for awhile. From the time I got to the hospital to delivery it was 12 hours total, 2 of those hours were spent pushing....little lady was sunny side up (OUCH!). I did it all with no epidural which was not as bad as I thought it would be. Hopefully I will find the time to write the whole birth story out. Life is just a little to chaotic at this time! We are all home and healthy and sleep deprived! 

 

P.S. I agreed to change the spelling of her name from Elena to Elaina per my DH's request!
