We don't find out until Friday, but we don't have a definite name either way. I think we have some names in the lead but aren't ready to make a commitment yet.
We have not decided. I was set on one name but then went back to another. DH provides very little input so it feels like a mind game with my inner self.
DS was not named for 12 hours after birth (10 days early). We had two names but really couldnt decide. We called him Buddy and still call him buddy. Poor kid.
oh, it is going to take us MONTHS...we didn't decide with DD until the hospital and i imagine it will be the same this time. we have 3 names that we are sort of flipping between right now. ugh!
We don't know the sex yet & won't until the 22nd. But we only have a boy name picked out, so if the baby ends up being a girl we have to start from scratch.
We're torn between 4 different possibilities (really two possible first names, but some other mn options). It might take a while because I have no idea how we're going to decide!
DH has a name picked out, but I hate it, so we have no name. Pretty sure this kid is going to be nameless when he comes home from the hospital because DH is being a total jerk about compromising on names.
We know it's a boy, but are lightyears away from making a name decision.
This exactly! I think we'll have names picked out closer to my due date, but we both feel like we want to meet him first before we make a final decision. Hopefully we will agree at that point!
We are working on a short list. I don't want to pick one name and then have him not look like it weird, I know. So I want to go in with at LEAST two name options (we are even going in with two girl options JUST IN CASE). Good luck!
No decisions here. We didn't even want to discuss names until we found out the sex. We just found out last week we're having a girl, and started putting together a list yesterday. I think we're still a ways off from being settled on one.
Nope, we are not even close to deciding. We had it narrowed down to four names since roughly 12 weeks (we had boys and girls names chosen) but now I dont like any of them so it is back to square one. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
We found out on Sunday that we're having a girl and we don't have a name yet either. It's so hard because last time we were pregnant, we had our names chosen by 8 weeks!
We know it's a girl, but we haven't come up with anything we love, like we did with DD. I am starting to get a little concerned. I don't want to settle for a name we just are okay with.
We're team green, but I'm having such a hard time with boy's names! Our girl name is not definite, but we have a top 3 list. But, DH and I are having a terrible time agreeing on boy's names this time around! I feel like all the boys names I like are becoming really trendy
We don't have an official name yet. I don't want to get settled on a name and then change my mind down the road for whatever reason, but I do think we have a likely candidate. My son didn't have a name until a few hours after he was born. I'd like to settle the name a little bit earlier this time, because I felt bad holding my new baby in my arms and not knowing what name to call him. It took me a few days after he was born to really feel "normal" using his name to refer to him.

We have no idea. We have a long list of names we like, but haven't landed on anything that we both love. We are pretty set on a middle name, but besides that, I doubt we will decide anytime soon!
We tossed around some names before finding out the gender, but we haven't spoken about it since finding out the gender on Monday.
I have a name I know I want to use, and I think we know the middle name for sure, but I haven't disliked any of the names for that gender DH had come up with. We'll probably decide by a few weeks before birth, but we won't tell anyone yet, as the gender will be kept secret too. I will probably have some of the other gender name ideas in my back pocket just in case. ;-) I say you can never be sure until you're looking at the baby!
ivalita ~ expecting our first baby in october 2012 ~ keeping gender & name a secret until then!
We found out we're Team Blue last week, but I think it'll be a while before we finally decide on a name. It's hard to come up with names that we both LOVE! Luckily, we still have 20+weeks to figure it out.

We have a short list- Norah or Jovie, but we won't commit until DD is born, and who knows if it will be one of those or not. DS was named about an hour after he was born, and that was just fine with me.
DH hasn't even wanted to talk about names. He keeps telling me we have lots of time. I'm hoping after my a/s tomorrow he'll want to talk names. Even though we found out it's a boy at 16 weeks.
Nothing is final here until the birth. With my last son we were set on Hunter for months....I even had a little hat embroidered with his name until 2 weeks before my DH decided he wanted to veto the name (cause he found out it was asexual). Now I know better then to get my hopes set too high on any name and start buying things with it since DH tends to be so wishy washy.

We can't come up with a first name we agree on, we have the middle name. It frustrates me because with DS & DD we new when we walked out of the ultrasound what they would be named.
We are never going to agree on the name. My husband is stuck on 1 particular name (not a family name or anything, he just "likes it") and is not currently willing to negotiate. I am not interested in naming my child something that I truly don't like so we are not getting anywhere. I keep telling him I'm just going to fill out the paperwork in the hospital while he is in the cafeteria!! It's frustrating because I would like to be able to calling her by name.
We thought we were going to be on Team Blue so we had our boys name narrowed down to two names. Girls names I like one he doesn't like it and visa versa.... We both decided on one but now I am unsure if I like it for her or not. The one thing we do def have is a middle name Ruth After my gram.....GOOD LUCK....

Maybe DD will be known as budette...

We definitely have not decided! We are having a little boy and I think boy names are proving SO much more difficult.
