  Yes they do give a Completion Coupon. If it doesnt come through to you 6 weeks prior to your Expected Delivery Date, you can get across to the store, pull up your Registry and get a coupon right there. This was confirmed by the BRU Registry folks. As you may be aware this Completion coupon can be used upto i guess 90 days after the Delivery Date.

  They JUST sent me mine... I was in the store last week though and mentioned I never got one.. they gave me 15% in the store .. only 10% in the mail

  If you have a "buy buy baby" nearby, you can use their (or Bed, Bath, & Beyond) 20% off coupons at BRU anytime!!!

   

  I bought my Crib & Changing Table like this and plan to get my mattress by using another one once I get one in the mail (I usually get one every couple weeks).

  YES!  I could not believe the number of brands that are excluded, there is a whole paragraph telling you what you cannot use it towards; and of course they are the more expensive brands.
