Sudden Change in Symptoms

I've been a bit sore since I got my progress checked yesterday morning, some minor cramping but no bleeding. It was basically nothing (50% effaced, ft dilated). I walked to my appointment. Since the middle of the night, I've had back pain and a sudden strong onset of heartburn. I'm wondering if this is a result of the walk. I thought I already dropped, so I'm just not sure what's going on, but I am suddenly MISERABLE. No change in movement, and still having lots of BH contractions. I don't remember this from my first pregnancy, and technicially went into labor on this day of my last pregnancy. I know that means nothing. Anyone else have a sudden change in symptoms?

    I have since last night, too.  Woke up about 3am with super bad heartburn and nausea which lasted me all morning long.  Diarrhea, which I haven't had one time since I've been pregnant, and a more rapid heartbeat.  No change in movement either...just feel horrible! I still have 2 1/2 weeks to go, too!

    Im 37 weeks also, and the last three days have been totally miserable, way worse different symptoms (specifically of the bathroom variety!) and overall just ickiness. Hopefully this mean we are done soon!!!

    This sounds almost exactly like me, actually. I had HORRIBLE back pain last night, and contractions that seemed fairly regular to me. It kind of peaked at about 2am and the on call doctor was less than useless, so we went in to the hospital, and then of course everything slowed down a bunch and they sent me home. I certainly hope this is a sign that things are going to start happening soon, but I'm starting to feel like I'm never going to have this baby (and if I feel this way at 38 weeks I can't imagine how I'm going to feel at 40!).
