In our Bradley class we take turns bringing in snacks. So far people have brought in greek yogurt with berries, string cheese, and zucchini bread. I'm struggling to come up with something creative and different that's high protein, healthy, and vegetarian friendly. I guess I should probably avoid peanut butter because pregnant people seem to be avoiding that these days..
Any ideas for a snack that's Brewer diet friendly and fun?
Re: Anyone have any fun snack ideas for Brewer diet/Bradley method?
hummus & veggies
deviled eggs (get in your 2 eggs a day!)
guacamole
spring rolls (can make vegetarian & meat versions so people have a choice)
fruit & cheese platter
raspberries stuffed with chocolate chips
Protein shakes could be fun if you can make one that tastes really really good. I make one that's chocolate flavored whey protein, frozen cherries, and almond milk. It tastes like a chocolate covered cherry!
Also, deviled eggs, guacamole, seven layer dip (guac, black beans, veggies, etc layered on top of each other served with chips)
Or you could bring something to throw everyone off - like deli meat or sushi. Ha. Just kidding. But fruit sushi could be fun!

This is what I was going to suggest. Hummus us a protein and I always paired it with carrots for the orange vegetable.
