Pregnant after 35
Baby has arrived!
Gordon Maxwell, AKA Max, arrived via C-Section at 1:47am on Thursday, November 20th. He is named for my DH's Grandpa who died when DH was in college, and his birthday was November 19, so Max barely missed it.
I had a C-Section because after 19 hours of labor and pitocin, I never dialated past a 2. At 1:00am, the baby started not tolerating the contractions very well, therefore C-Section.
The doctor said that Max had never engaged into the pelvis.
Anyways, thought I would share. We are doing well on feeding, but the last two nights have been hell sleeping. Oh, well, he will eventually outgrow it.
