  www.rgmaternity.com promises a 36" inseam on all of their pants.  Not sure if you need that long though.  I am 6' and need a 36" inseam, so I would think a typical 34" inseam would work for you.  Old Navy has all of their maternity pants at a 34" inseam.

  I am not quite ready for mat pants yet, so I went to NY and co and got some stretchy ones, they have them in tall and works for me

  I like the maternity pants at Kohls.  I am 5'8 and wear a small and the length is great!

  I'm 6 ft.  With my 1st I went to Target and took down all the hems.  Once into the summer I had no problem with capris and shorts weather.  This time around I have issues!  I haven't found a pair of jeans yet and NEED them now.  The two pairs I have from my first have had it but are doing the job until I find some.

  i picked up some citizens and they have a 36 inch inseam... you can find some, just be willing to pay   good luck!

  I had to suck it up and buy a few pairs from Pea in the Pod that were long enough (I'm 5'10"). I only bought a few pairs -- a nice pair of jeans & two pairs of dress pants for work. On weekends I either wear the jeans, a dress, or pajama pants. It's SO hard to find nice, long maternity pants without spending a ton of $$. Good luck!!

  You can buy some "long" pants at Old Navy & GAP in a few styles (online), but I wasn't really happy with their jeans overall -- they've just never fit me well (pre-pregnancy too).

  I love you for posting this. I thought I was going to be totally screwed on pants (or have to pay $200 a pair).

  I feel your pain.

  I'm 5"8 and most of the maternity pants are short for me. I bought two pairs of the Liz Lange Belly Band pants from Target and it's not too bad. You might want to try it on in stores...they also have "Long" versions on their website.

  I bought 2 pairs of Seven's and one pair of Citizens. If you dont want to pay the Pea In A Pod price, check out Ebay for some great deals.
