I voted full-time working mom, although I am very happily taking on the role of SAHM over the summer
bah! i used to work in schools and we moved while on my mat leave, so i resigned from my position of school counsellor and am now (will be) working as a counsellor with mental health. i will miss my summers off, moreso now that i have lo! enjoy your summer momma!!
I do work full time, BUT, I crammed my 40 hour work week into 4 days and I work from home one of those days. So I am a full time working mom, part time out of the home and part time in the home.

Thanks, I will I'm taking full advantage. We're about to get ready to go to story time at the Library the meeting a friend at a splash pad after his afternoon nap.
Sucks about your loss of summers, but good luck at your new job! Maybe once you get involved, you will have a little more control over your hours? Don't places like that often let you take a little more control as long as you get your time in?
I'm a full-time working mom, but I teach at a high school, so I get to pick Em up at 2:30 everyday, so we still have a lot of time together. And the summer is coming soon, so I'll get all the time with her.

I'm currently a SAHM. I plan to start working again next year, but only 1-2 days a week either in a part-time or per diem position, which is thankfully an option for me in my field of work.

I work full-time outta the house Monday - Friday. I commute about a half hour each way and I seriously hate it. I can't wait to be back on maternity leave in October. I don't think I'll be going back to work after Peanut is born.

thanks!! i hope so, but i'm really not too sure! it is a 6 month temporary position with the possibility of extension, so i'm hopeful! i will get an edo every 3rd friday, so that will be nice! and the hours are 8-430, so that's good too! i'm excited, but scared!!
I picked SS because I am a full-time college student, but I am home with Clara 95% of the time - I only am gone 2 hours tops per day for class, and then I do the rest from home.
I voted SAHM because that is my first priority, but I do own a business and probably work on it 1-4 hours a day (usually while DD naps or after bedtime).
I voted working full-time, but I only go back from Mat Leave at the end of the month and then I am using a ton of vacation time over the summer so I won't be back full-time until Sept.
