Au pairs

Has anyone tried the Au Pair program that can recommend an agency or tell me a little about their experience? Looking at the prices online for one particular agency it seems a little expensive considering its live in. However, I'm going to obtain more information from the agency. I figured I'd check to see if any of you have used an Au Pair and what your experience has been!

    I would recommend Cultural Care Au Pair.  They give training to their au pairs and screen them.  We have looked into them as an option for care when our baby arrives.
