Anyone use this to lose weight?  A friend and I are thinking about it but we don't know anyone who has tried it.  If you used it, what did you think?  TIA!!

    I used it for a while. 

    I can't say it didn't work, but I can't say it did either. Overall it's not worth the money imo, it is pretty costly, or was when I bought it. I've learned, to the detriment of my wallet and my sanity, that the only thing that's gonna shift my excess baggage is if I give up flour and sugar and get my behind to the gym lol
