Bleeding after Internal

Quick question...so I had my second (and more invasive!) internal check yesterday at my appointment. She told me that I might have some spotting so I didn't think anything of it when I had some yesterday. But, today, here I am still spotting. I'm planning on calling my doctor if it is still happening tomorrow. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks in advance!

    I usually spot for a few days after an internal (especially near the end) - especially if you had cervical rimming done?

    From what I read it is normal. If it is not a lot and not bright red it should be fine.

    Yes, it did happen to me after my 39 week appointment, but it was super light spotting.  Only for the first day afterwords.  Maybe this is your 'bloody show' or MP?  Definitely call your doc if you have questions.

    I had an internal yesterday morning for my 37 week appointment and am still spotting this evening. It is more of a brown spotting-not bright red. I was surprised that I was still spotting today, but based on the other comments it seems pretty normal :)
