  Go to the urgent care.  A cold that settles in your chest and is painful and makes it difficult for you to breathe isn't good.

  If you notice that it's getting worse, call the doc or go to urgent care like pp suggested.  No matter what, just don't wait the way I did a couple of weeks ago.  I developed a horrible cough and waited a while to go.  The cough was so bad that I pulled muscles on both sides.  Now, the cough is almost gone, but I'm still incredibly uncomfortable.  Doctor said it's easier to do when you're pregnant.  I was very sick, but the pulled muscles have been the worst part.

  Thanks ladies.  I just called my doctors office and left a message for the on call doctor to call me back.  I am going in tomorrow at 10.  I called my regular doctor, I guess that is who I should have called, and not my OB, right?

  If they want you to check with the OB first, they'll let you know.
