So tired...

I dropped DS off at camp this morning and came home and slept. I got up a little while ago so I could shower and go get him but I could just go back to bed for the rest of the day. I don't know how I am going to get this baby out of me if I am this exhausted before labor even sets in. The BH/false labor has been going on at night for a week now. I am going to BEG for some membrane stripping tomorrow.

    I'm sorry :( I Feel you on the BH at night... it's keeping me up ALL night long. This is my first and I can't imagine the exhaustion when you've already got one little one running around!!! Can you have a girlfriend take DS out for a day while you get in some napping/mommy alone time??

    Me too! I simply cannot shake the exhaustion lately. With my first 2 I never experienced such bad 3rd tri exhaustion, so this is new for me. And it's totally unexpected since I've had such a great, active 3rd tri! I drop DS off at school in the mornings and come home and doze while DD watches TV. It's terrible, I know, but its all I can manage... :(  And even though neither LO naps, I've been back to enforcing 'quiet time' so I can doze again. And then I doze again in the evenings when DH is home. It's almost worse than the first tri exhaustion I had.  I totally find it disheartening that I'm already this exhausted (without suffering through BH all night!) and have yet to get through labor....

    Camp this week has been a godsend he goes from 9-1 but I am still exhausted. Luckily my sister is coming into town on Thurs and will stay until after baby is born, so I will have help. My parents are also coming once baby arrives. Now if we could just get baby to make his appearance...I feel so bad b/c I have been alternating between TV and the ipad in the afternoons to entertain him until DH is done with work then they go out and play. One of these days I will be back to normal, well I hope...but for the next few weeks I am just going to survive however I have to. I still can't fathom how I am going to go through L&D when I am already this exhausted.
