What should I make with leftover steak?

I have leftover beef brisket I want to use, but don't know how. Any ideas?

    Quesadillas/fajitas/tacos

    Cheesesteaks

    Chili con carne

    Thin sliced over salad (with a fresh corn salsa!)

    Mac & Cheese - just add in the meat and a veggie - broccoli would be good

    Meat sauce - simmer it in some spaghetti sauce, serve over pasta 

    E.T.A. Beef Stroganoff - if you use mushrooms, cook up those first and make the sauce and then just warm the beef in the sauce so you don't dry out the meat.
