So, my son is 11 months and has slept through the night ONCE since birth. He has had terrible sleep, but at least NOW he will go to bed fine (drowsy, but awake) and he usually sleeps till about 1:30 am. I will nurse him and he goes back to bed fine (now!) BUT, if he wakes after that (but before morning) he will NOT let us comfort him. He will push away, arch, scream, cry, and do anything to get out of my arms. My only option seems to be to put him back into his crib for a little cry.
He has weaned during the day (most likely because I am pregnant again), and we're only nursing once in 24 hrs (usually between 1:30 and 2 am). Yes, he did self-wean, because again he would refuse to nurse and would kick and push away terribly. So... in other words there is nothing "left" to nurse again through the night after that first session. ANY advice? Wish he would let me cuddle him, but it doesn't seem to bring him any peace. ???

DS is just not a cuddler. He used to be, but now he's far too busy and curious about the world to be bothered with cuddling with me. I'm hoping it passes, but it may just be part of his personality. Who knows.
He just cut his first molar and OMG that was a b!tch to cut! Talk about a cranky, irritable baby!
