Not your church's christening

So who's been "christened" by their baby so far?

My husband was "christened" first. Baby Sophia peed on him after her first bath. (That's gratitude for you!)

I was "christened" by being pooped on...twice. First one was right before I was going on a job interview. Second one was a total diaper fail when she went...a lot! I was scrubbing myself and the cushion on the glider for a long time.

Oy, the joys of parenthood! Any good "christening" stories?

    ME! My darling daughter pooped on me twice as well. One was minor, but the other one was the first day that my baby's pooping frequency changed from about 5 times a day to just once a day, so it was a total blowout. There was so much poop, and of course she decided to pee too. I was holding her and it got all over her jumper (of course she was wearing white), all over my lap, and on the sheet I was sitting on on our bed. My husband was horrified. He couldn't understand how someone so tiny and adorable could produce such a mess. I just had to laugh.

    DD1 was a shooter as we called her. We measured it once from the changing table to the wall was covered and it was 5 1/2 feet!! So I got christened by her A LOT! These 2, one has shot it at me and almost landed ont he other twin. The other waits till her diaper is off then pees, it shoots up about 3 inches somehow? So coats my hands usually. Ha my mom isn't as careful when changing diapers and had Aria's legs up, poor little thing peed on her own head :( needless to say mommy and memaw almost peed our own pants laughing at my poor little girl :)

    The only time for both DH and I was during her newborn photos. So obviously since she was naked it was to be expected. I think we both got peed and pooped on.

    My husband's story is a little funnier than mine...he had just changed LO's diaper and was holding him on the couch..he looks at me and says "Hmm I think I got peed on" I replied "no it's probably just his body heat" but sure enough his shirt was SOAKED...so diaper change and outfit change for the both of them..he's holding LO again (right after) and get's peed on AGAIN!... Clearly my DH had some diapering issues lol
