the agency called Adoption Services
Hello,
I'm not a regular poster on the bump or on this board, but I wondered if anyone has ever heard of, or dealt with, the agency called Adoption Services? It is headed by a man named Dr. Vincent Berger. The website is adoptionservices.org. I am asking because a family member is considering placing a baby through this agency.
