How can this be done? I'm a little petite (5'4 and 110 lbs) and my baby is 24" and almost 15 lbs. I would like to nurse her while out and about in the wrap but I can't figure it out. TIA!

It depends on the size of your breasts. I have larger ones and can't get my kids down low enough in a hug hold. I end up taking them out and laying them crosswise in the X for nursing. It only sorta works and I wouldn't walk around with them that way.
dont have a moby, but have a k'tan which is similar. i would do the hug position (not sure which position that is in the moby - but its the one with fabric crossed through baby's legs) and shift baby down a bit so they can reach my breast.
i found that if you kind of "lift" the fabric at your shoulders and shift it forward, it will lower your lo.
you can actually try that in a few different positions and see which works. we just found the hug worked best for us.
I nurse in a woven wrap in this video, but it should give you some ideas.
For the PP who has large breasts, you may find that bringing your breast over the neckline of your shirt gets it to baby without having to adjust baby to be so low. This strategy takes some wardrobe planning to get a shirt with a stretchy neck, but was a huge sanity-saver for me.
