I am exclusively breastfeeding, no pumping for weeks, and still way too much milk at almost 4 months? Anyone else?

I haven't pumped in like 2 weeks and it's still too much. I started doing the things LLL suggests on their website for oversupply.?

Ladies- there are definitely things you can do for an oversupply. been there. it took me QUITE a while to get my supply to a manageable level.
Sage. eat it/drink it. helps to lower production without it crashing. worked wonders for me. i would make a nice tea. GL!
