MIL is a nutbag...(vent)

Ok, so for Easter MIL got LO a baby chicken...yes, a baby chicken. Its going to stay at MIL's house (even though she doesn't live on a farm by any means). Well when she presented it to us she asked me what DD wanted to name it. How the hell do I know...she cant talk yet! So I ignored the question and thought she was kidding. Anyways, since then she calls me about every other day asking me what DD wants to name this damn chicken. WHO CARES?!? ITS A CHICKEN NOT A PUPPY!! Sorry....vent over but Im seriously considering changing my phone number lol

    My grandpa raised chickens and he called some of them "soup."

    If she gets it a friend you can always call them "Chicken & Dumplings"...

    Chicken names... Soup, Giblet, Dinner, Fried, Baked...  First...  Choke..  Stew.. McNugget..  Teriyaki ... Pot Pie...  Turkey..  Dance..

    We used to raise cows...  We had T-bone...  Pigs - - pork chop...

    When I raised sheep, I was forced to name the thing for the livestock auction, so I started calling it "Lamb Chop" every year...
